Sight: 'Capa de color muy alta. Tonos morados violáceos, lagrimeo color morado suave'
Mouth: 'Amable, bien estructurado, sabor a fruta madura. Posgusto con carácter'
Nose: 'Notas a fruta madura, producto del Tempranillo, conjugados con toques florales'
The Vino Tinto Parreño is a blend fermented wine, made from the Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. It is produced by Bodegas Latorre, a winery with nearly a century of history, located in Venta del Moro, Valencia Community. It has the Spanish Protected Designation of Origin Utiel Requena.
The blend that makes up this Vino Tinto Parreño has a complex duality, which produces a very pleasant sensation for both the sense of smell and the taste buds. Tempranillo gives it notes of ripe fruit, while Cabernet Sauvignon adds a floral touch.
The ideal serving temperature for Vino Tinto Parreño is between 8 and 12 degrees Celsius. The residual glycerin in this wine leaves an intense tear that descends slowly down the glass when swirled.
The Vino Tinto Parreño 2016 recently received the Gold Award at the Frankfurt International Trophy, held in April 2018. Additionally, it has the 2014 Baco Joven silver award, presented by the Spanish Tasters Union.
