Production and aging

An excellent young wine, made with 100% Tempranillo variety, harvested from our own vineyards, destemmed, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with short maceration. Seeking the utmost respect for the fruitiness of the variety.

Tasting Note of Tinto Roa Joven

  • Appearance: Intense violet with bluish edge that denotes its youth, high and clean bright layer.
  • Nose: Great fruity harmony highlighting red fruits, hints of licorice giving a clear and intense ensemble.
  • Palate: Acid strawberry, cherries, light tannins, pleasant mouthfeel with good persistence.
