Elaboration and Aging

An excellent young wine, made with 100% Tempranillo variety, harvested from our own vineyards, destemmed, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with short maceration. Seeking the utmost respect for the fruitiness of the variety.

  • Appearance: Intense violet with bluish edge that denotes its youth, high layer, clean and shiny.
  • Nose: Great fruity harmony highlighting red fruits, hints of licorice giving a clear and intense combination.
  • Palate: Fruity with sour strawberry, cherries, light tannins, pleasant mouthfeel with good persistence.
