Red wine vinification, with a pre-fermentation maceration of 4 days, carrying out two daily pump-overs during fermentation and one until the end of maceration. Fermentation at low temperature and maceration of 31 days.
Cherry red color, with medium-high intensity, and great aromatic complexity, reminiscent of raspberry jam, with light hints of spices and roasted notes.
In the mouth, the freshness of the fruits reappears, in combination, with a sweet and expressive tannin, typical of the variety, which gives value and strength to the wine, with a long and very attractive finish.
