The vinification of the Juan Gil Etiqueta Azul Red Wine takes place in stainless steel tanks for 25 days at a maximum temperature of 25ºC, then the malolactic fermentation is carried out, after which it will remain in new French and American oak barrels for 18 months. Serve this wine at a temperature between 14º and 16º, for its conservation it is necessary that the cork remains humid so we must place it in a horizontal position. It can be kept for up to 4 years.
