Wines made with a variety 100% Atlantic Garnacha, picked and selected by hand, in selected vineyards over 90 years old. Monovarietal with a great personality that faithfully reflects the land where it comes from. It is an elegant, discreet wine, with clear aromas.
Vinification: This wine is a limited edition, has the concept "single-vineyard wine" (wine from a single vineyard). Pre-fermentation maceration and alcoholic fermentation in open barrels for 18-20 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
