Garcia Carrión presents to us the Pata Negra Valdepeñas Reserva Red Wine from the Valdepeñas Designation of Origin(Spain), made from the 100% Tempranillo grape varieties.
Pata Negra Rioja Reserva is made from the selection of the best grapes, fermented in contact with their skins for approximately 20 days in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. We then carry out malolactic fermentation and subsequently transfer and age the wine for 30 months in American and French oak barrels, finishing in our cellars, refining its unmistakable characteristics.
