The Red Wine Prados Correction Syrah is made with 100% Syrah. It belongs to the Pagos Del Mocayo winery and has a D.O. Campo de Borja.
It was manually harvested in mid-September. The destemmed grapes underwent a pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Then simultaneous maceration and fermentation took place for 4 days during which the grapes were stomped in the morning and in the afternoon.
The alcoholic fermentation finished in the barrels and was followed by malolactic fermentation in the same barrels.
Alcohol: 14.5%.
Serving temperature: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
