Elaboration and aging

Roda I Reserva is made, practically entirely, with Tempranillo, 97%, with the remaining 3% corresponding to the Graciano variety, which provides freshness. Like in all its vintages, the grapes come from vineyards that approach the profile of ripe fruit. The wine, when released to the market, will have remained at least 36 months between barrel and bottle, depending on the year, with great aging potential.

Tasting Note for Roda I Reserva

• Appearance: Roda I Reserva has a dark red color, typical of plum.
• Nose: It is an explosion of ripe black fruit with some hints of cherry. The wood is barely perceptible although it is there, always enticing.
• Pallet: The taste confirms everything anticipated in the nose. It is a full-bodied wine, with extraordinary tannins and an elegant and exquisite finish.

Pairing

Roda I Reserva is ideal to accompany red meats, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. It is recommended to decant before consuming and serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
