Aged rum with double aging. He first rests for 5 years in his place of origin in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados) in American oak casks. Then he moved to the Williams & Humbert winery in Jerez de la Frontera, where he spent the last phase of the process for 3 years (hence his name 5 + 3).

This process makes this distillate in aspecial aged rum with an incomparable bouquet, flavor and aromas. Ideal for drinking it in a balloon glass, neat or on the rocks
