A delicate, citrusy, theine-free infusion made from a combination of rooibos, orange peel and orange blossom. In South Africa, where the "rooibos" plant comes from, this term means "red bush", which is the colour of the leaves when they are left to dry and oxidise in the sun. This oxidation process is the same that is followed to make teas like red.
