Ruinart Blanc de blancs is a pale golden yellow color. Fine and persistent bubble.
On the nose fruity and citrus notes give way to floral notes.
In the mouth it is harmonious and round. Good wines but not excessive. Nice citrus and mineral flavors. Long and refreshing finish.
