Matusalem Insolito Rum: Limited edition of 8,000 bottles of filtered aged rum aged in tempranillo red wine barrels. The color of the slightly aged rum is completely removed and the red color of the wine is extracted. It is then blended with Matusalem 15 years. This adds the maturing and complex notes of the aging to the base blend. It is then bottled at 40% alcohol.
