Somontano
Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Merlot.
Ageing: in new American and French oak barrels for 12 months.
Tasting notes: ripe cherry red in colour. Intense and direct nose with aromas of ripe fruit, linked with those of oak aging. Red fruits, citrus, peach jam, chocolate and vanilla. Notes of pastry. It has a juicy and intense fruity mouth, with the sweetness of the good wood. High aromatic persistence. Smooth and easy to drink, but with lots of flavour and aromatic diversity.
Food pairing: meat stews, cured cheeses.
