SERICIS strains Old bobal is madeexclusively from selected grapes from low-yielding old vines. This wine demonstrates the quality potential of Bobal, a native grape from Utiel-Requena. Destemming and gentle squeezing of the grape, followed by a long maceration at controlled temperature and by an exclusive system of remounting. Malolactic fermentation. Ageing in French oak barrels for a minimum of ocho months.
Old Bobal strains is of intense cherry red color with light tile edging.
Deep and complex Aroma, reminiscent of forest strawberries on a balsamic background of toffee and vanilla.
