Sericis Cepas Viejas Viognier is a wine from Alicante PDO made by Bodegas Murviedro with 100% Viognier grapes.
A wine of great structure, with a magnificent silky sensation on the palate that makes it very gastronomic. The elaboration is based on a very soft pressing of its grapes, whose musts ferment in new barrels where the wine is aged for four months on its fine lees.
A white wine with great personality, aromatic and tasty, ideal to accompany salads, fish stews, fideuà, paellas, seafood and white meats, we recommend a serving temperature of around 8ºC; it is an Organic wine and suitable for Vegans.
Colour: beautiful yellow colour with greenish hues, very bright.
Aroma: intense, reminiscent of stone fruits such as peach and apricot, with elegant floral notes on a delicate mineral background.
Palate: unctuous, with weight on the palate, balanced acidity, with a long and persistent finish.
