Sericis Pinot Noir Rosé is a wine of the D.O.P. Alicante produced by Bodegas Murviedro with 100% Pinot Noir grapes.
The best Pinot Noir grape varieties have been carefully selected. The grapes are lightly pressed, followed by a short maceration with the skins. Pouring exclusively from the tear must, obtained by gravity. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 20 to 25 days at a controlled temperature. Aged for 2 months in 5000 litre French oak barrels before bottling.
Colour: Pale pink.
Aroma: Fruity, with intense aromas of red fruits and dairy with a slightly toasted background, the result of ageing in foudre.
Taste: Fresh but intense, very pleasant and balanced acidity.
