Bodegas Séptima presents to us the Séptima Malbec Red Wine from the designation of origin Mendoza (Argentina). It is made from the grape variety 100% Malbec
The grapes were harvested and the juice was extracted. The must was placed in a stainless steel tank and cold maceration was carried out to extract the aromas and color. Yeasts were then added and the wine fermented at a temperature between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius for 7 to 10 days. Daily pump-overs were done until the end of fermentation, and then the wine was bottled. The wine was then aged in the bottle for 3 months.
