Shaya  is a young white wine from the D.O. Rueda PRODUCED by Bodegas Shaya. A small percentage has been fermented in casks.

Shaya has a fruity nose and delicately floral, with touches of fruits of bone and grapefruit. Of great structure and well balanced in the mouth is shown with mineral notes, memories of marzipan and spices, with a refreshing acidity and a long finish where you can appreciate its minerality.
