High quality sherry vinegar, obtained from the "Palomino" grape typical of the region of Jerez, in Andalusia, and elaborated following the traditional method of "Criaderas & Solera" like the great wines of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry. The slow and careful elaboration of this vinegar gives it exceptional characteristics, among which stand out: its impeccable mahogany colour, its delicate and fine aroma of very old vinegar, its delicious and smooth flavour. These are acquired during its aging in American oak barrels, in this case, from five to ten years.
