Eric Bordelet's ciders are valued and recognized all over the world, they are exported to all continents and are at the most prestigious gourmet fairs in Europe. This sommelier decided in 1992 to return to his family's lands and make cider as if it were wine. He has 20 varieties of apple and 15 of pear on his land, which he cares for in detail under the parameters of biodynamic agriculture. The result, an incredible cider, with a fruity nose, clean with the smell of ripe apples. It has a long-lasting tannic finish with complex acidity.
