Simeta is a red wine from the Valencia D.O., made by Javi Revert Viticultor with 100% Arcos grapes, a native variety. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in clay amphorae and glass demijohns, it offers floral and herbaceous aromas, with spicy notes and a silky texture. Ideal for pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
