Monovarietalis empeltre is an extra virgin olive oil made through cold extraction and exclusively mechanical procedures. It is part of Monovarietalis, a collection of Premium oils with which, each season, we present the earliest and most carefully crafted oils.
The oils in the Monovarietalis collection do not contain any additives. The different flavor and aroma characteristics of each extra virgin vary simply because each oil is extracted from a different variety of olive, choosing its moment of harvest.
The Monovarietalis Empeltre extra virgin olive oil is a medium fruity, balanced and very complex olive juice, with a slight bitter spicy taste.
