Our sliced piquillo peppers are grown in Navarre, one of the five Basque provinces. They are roasted over a wood fire before being peeled. Known for their sweet, fruity, and tender flesh, piquillo peppers are used in the making of several tapas and are highly appreciated in Basque cuisine.
