Crianza

This Rosé Sparkling Wine De Nit is crianza aged on lees for a minimum of 18 months. it also has cane sugar with organic certification for the tirage liqueur.

Making

This sparkling wine comes from an organic and biodynamic vineyard where the vines are in goblet and double royat vine training. Compost is also used to make the biodynamic preparations and green manure. Once the bunches enter the winery they go through a pneumatic press at low pressure. The Macabeo and Parellada are pressed separately, while the Xarel-lo and Monastrell are pressed together.

Subsequently, it undergoes static racking at low temperatures. Finally it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks by varieties in different tanks with indigenous yeasts in the vineyard. Something important to highlight is that this sparkling wine is clarified with bentonite and removed from the bottles with giro-palet.
