Made with meat from their own livestock in the traditional way, with pork meat, bull meat, pork fat, paprika, garlic, and salt. Vacuum packed without preservatives or colorants. They are homemade sausages so their shape is not perfect. They have an irregular shape, no two sausages are the same. There may be, for example, a pack of 4 large sausages and another of 5 smaller sausages. Keep between 0º and 5ºC. They do not contain gluten.
