OAT bran, EGG white, starch, skimmed MILK powder, MILK proteins, defatted cocoa powder 3.5%, raising agents (E-450i, E-500), sweeteners (sodium cyclamate and saccharin), WHEAT bran and flavors.
Recommended consumption
Mix in a bowl with two skimmed yogurts and one egg. Mix everything well and pour into a non-stick mold filling up to ¾ parts. Put in a preheated oven at 160 ºC and leave until it looks puffy and golden (about 15 minutes).
