We prepare these boxes at the end of the day and we may also include some leftover produce. We don't keep fruit in cold stores so we have to send everything we pick every day. This mix helps us to balance surplus produce and that is why we give it at the best price we can, considering that it is top quality fruit and that we maintain our principle of fair remuneration for the producer
