Ingredients:high quality hard wheat semolina, St. John's truffles 2.4%, truffle juice 0.2%, and truffle aroma. Made in a workshop that uses eggs, soy, milk, nuts, mustard, sesame, mollusk.
La Maison Wurfel, located in Fontanes in the Lot, is specialized in dry mushrooms. Thanks to an artisanal knowledge, it preserves the flavors, colors and aromas of mushrooms. They are picked, sorted by hand and then dried naturally.
All these steps allow to preserve their nutritional qualities and to consume ceps, chanterelles, trumpets or even oyster mushrooms throughout the year.
