Tanqueray Rangpur is a premium gin, London Dry type, born in 2007 and produced by Tanqueray & Co.
In the 19th century, new distilleries began to emerge with a different concept, like Tanqueray, betting on the quality of the final product instead of quantity.
Tanqueray Rangpur gets its name from the Rangpur lime, a unique fruit from the Rangpur tree in India that combines the acidity of lime with the juiciness of a mandarin. Distilling this lime with other ingredients such as bay leaf, ginger, and, obviously, juniper, gives Tanqueray Rangpur a citrusy and delicate touch.
Appearance: Tanqueray Rangpur has a clean and transparent color.
Nose: Sweet and acidic notes of fresh lime very well integrated with alcohol and juniper.
Palate: Its taste is long-lasting and refreshing, with citrus nuances.
It is recommended to enjoy it with premium tonic water (such as Fentimans), lime, lemon, and plenty of ice.
