Predicador is a cherry-red, brilliant, and intense red wine that stands out for its aromatic complexity. The nose offers an explosion of dark fruits complemented by spicy notes and balsamic hints, highlighting its freshness and character. On the palate, it has a powerful entry with a juicy flow that is very delightful, fresh, and has balanced acidity, providing a mineral aftertaste that lingers over time. This wine is produced by Bodegas Contador under the direction of Benjamín Romeo, who infuses passion and rigor into each bottle. It is made from grapes from vineyards aged 20 to 35 years, specifically of the Tempranillo and Garnacha varieties, with a maturation of 15 months in French oak barrels. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 17 and 18ºC and pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, civet, and semi-cured sheep cheeses.
