Viña Mayor Crianza 2019 is an exquisite red wine made from carefully cultivated Tempranillo grapes from the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero. This wine reflects the experience of Bodegas y Viñedos Viña Mayor, present in the region since 1986, combining innovation with respect for winemaking traditions. The selection and harvest of the grapes is done manually to ensure the quality of the final product. The grapes are transported to the winery in 300 kg bins and undergo a careful process of destemming followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring excellent flavor. Aging for Viña Mayor Crianza takes place in 225-liter French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months, followed by a bottle aging period of 6 to 10 months, allowing it to reach its optimal maturity. The result is a wine with an intense ruby color, a nose that presents high fruity intensity with notes of berries, and a juicy, fresh taste that is round on the palate.
