Terras Gauda is not only the pioneer of the winery, but also the great reference, which despite the large volumes achieved, does not sacrifice any of its extraordinary quality. With an unusual blend of Albariño, Loureiro, and Caiño blanco, it gastronomically seduces us with the festivity of Rías Baixas wines.
Varieties: 70% Albariño, 20% Caiño, and 8% Loureiro. Tasting Notes: Nose: This is a wine of great complexity where the fusion of predominant aromas of ripe peach, pineapple, mandarin citrus, and orange blossom are supported by delicate mineral, earthy, and pleasant notes of mint and bay leaf. Palate: The first impression is that of a wine with great character but at the same time fresh and youthful, filling us with its powerful structure, balance, and unctuous sensation. This wine provides us with two seemingly contradictory characteristics: it is a complex wine but easy to drink. Serving Temperature and Pairing: Between 10ºC and 12ºC. Wonderful combination with seafood: oysters, clams, and crab. Also ideal with Asian cuisine or with white meats and rice.
