Teso La Monja, the most exclusive wine of Marcos and Miguel Eguren in Toro. It is a unique and unrepeatable red wine from a small plot of 1.8 ha at 775 m altitude, with old pre-phylloxera vines planted in goblet. The soil is extremely calcareous and covered with boulders.

After the harvest, the grapes were patiently destemmed by hand, berry by berry. Malolactic fermentation took place in a special French oak vat called "Ovum" - egg-shaped - from the cooper Taransaud, which encourages the wine's biorhythms and achieves a silky, elegant and integrated wine. Aging was completed in three new barrels of fine-grained, medium-toasted Bordeaux French oak for 24 months.
