The Black Label El Gaitero Cider is made from native apples, harvested at their optimal ripeness. It is obtained from a natural cider, made by traditional method, with a blend of typically Asturian apple varieties, such as Teórica, Raxao, Perico, or Regona. Once the natural cider is obtained, it is carbonated to create a dry, sparkling cider, with a slightly persistent foam and great finesse on the palate. Bright golden yellow color, with a fine and well-integrated bubble. Aroma: Ripe, with notes of stewed fruit. Palate: In the mouth it is very balanced, with tones of acidity well counteracted and a final sweetness that gives it roundness and length. Pairing: Pâtés, blue cheeses, fish, seafood, and appetizers. It is recommended to serve it very cold. It is a good companion to light meals such as fish and fresh cheeses and ideal for desserts.
