Our most special txakoli is a bright greenish-yellow wine that has aromas of yellow fruit, banana skin on the nose and in certain mouths it can have a slight mineral touch. In the mouth it opens with volume and roundness. Fresh and harmonious, with a slight acidity perfectly integrated.

We recommend its consumption at 8 degrees.

Each bottle carries all our love, that of a family dedicated body and soul to the profession he loves. It is a txakoli made with grapes that grow and ripen next to our baserri. Bottled and labeled personally by us, the descendants of Nikolas Aretxabaleta, founder of the winery. It is without a doubt our most special txakoli.
