Grapes from vineyards planted by Tomás Esteban with an age between 20 and 30 years productions of 5,000 kg hectare with organic certification. The winemaking process is very gentle, without large extractions, in steel vats with a capacity of 14,000 kg. No enzymes or yeasts other than those native to the grape itself are used during production.
