Valdesil Asadoira has a bright straw yellow color with golden flashes, characteristic of high-end white wines. Its clarity and brilliance reflect the purity of its production.

On the nose, this is a very expressive wine, with aromas of white fruits such as pear and peach, accompanied by delicate citrus notes. As it is aerated, mineral and herbal nuances emerge, with hints of white flowers and a subtle background of dried fruit, thanks to its aging on lees.

On the palate, this Godello is fresh, with a balanced acidity that provides vivacity. The flavours of white fruit and citrus are complemented by a pronounced minerality that reflects its slate terroir. The texture is unctuous, due to the work with the fine lees, and the finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant saline touch that invites you to continue drinking.
