Valeyo is a red wine from the D.O. Bierzo, produced by Bodegas Mauro. This wine is made up of 95% Mencía grapes and 5% Godello, sourced from vineyards located in Valtuille de Arriba at 650 meters above sea level. The aging process takes place for 12 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, both new and used. It is a limited production wine that aims to highlight the freshness and elegance of the Mencía grape.
