In the middle of the regions of Urgell and Segarra, between lands of castles and springs. Lands of peasantry. Where agricultural activity has been the cradle of our culture and our history. Bernau Herbes de l'Urgell, is the answer to the concerns and dynamism in the implementation of alternative crops to the traditional cereal, almond and olive trees of our region. A good knowledge of the environment, appropriate machinery and our agricultural experience, has allowed us to grow a wide range of vegetable spices for medicinal and aromatic use. Good agricultural practices, traceability in all processes and a careful respect for our environment allow us today to offer a product, free of herbicides and pesticides, high quality in active ingredients, flavor and appearance. They are aromatic and medicinal plants, cultivated in the lands of l'Urgell and La Segarra; in the valley of the Ondara river, with a diverse and unique landscape and paying tribute to the castle of Fonolleres. A scorching sun in summer and a freezing winter, makes this adverse climate we get an admirable combination of farmland. They are ancestral lands, grown in the shade of the past among olive trees, almond trees and pastures, enriched with the latest technologies for the conservation and balance of the environment. All this allows us to produce aromatic and medicinal plants, with rigorous production and elaboration controls. Natural infusions, spices for seasoning and honey. A wide and varied assortment of our own products, cold dawns, dry noons, splendid sunsets and humid nights accompany us in spring and summer. Surrounded by cereals, nature with its surprising vitality sees our crops grow. A wide range of plants full of color, smell and taste. This is what our products are like.
