Mahogany Red, the Vermouth Yzaguirre Red Reserve is very aromatic, velvety and pleasing to the palate, with notes of wood, herbs and spices that bring us memories of ripe fruit. Initial taste in mouth very balanced and tasty, in perfect harmony with the acidity of the product. 12 months of ageing in oak casks confer consistency and character.

Our advice: As a daily aperitif or mid-afternoon drink. Excellent as a long drink, with a few drops of campari, 3 or 4 ice cubes, an orange slice, a broken orange rind inside the glass and a mint leaf. Ideal also for flavouring meat or game stews, paella with shellfish or confectionery.
