Initial taste in mouth very balanced and tasty, in perfect harmony with the acidity of the product. 12 months of ageing in oak casks confer consistency and character.
Our advice: As a daily aperitif or mid-afternoon drink. Excellent as a long drink, with a few drops of campari, 3 or 4 ice cubes, an orange slice, a broken orange rind inside the glass and a mint leaf. Ideal also for flavouring meat or game stews, paella with shellfish or confectionery.
