After being destemmed and gently pressed, the grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with the addition of selected yeasts to enhance the aromas and flavors.
Next, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of second and third use to obtain a smooth and velvety texture, and notes of vanilla and spices. After 14 months of aging in oak barrels, the wine is bottled and marketed.
