Finca Villacreces is the flagship wine of the estate from which it takes its name. And, as it is not surprising, it is made with a meticulous selection of the best grapevines from among the 15 vineyard plots that Finca Villacreces treasures.
Varieties: 86% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot.
Tasting Notes: Sight: Dark cherry. Smell: Expressive aroma of fine cocoa, creamy oak, ripe fruit, fruity expression and complex. Taste: Full of flavor and layers of black fruits, the varietal complexity is perceived. Long, smoky finish on the palate, balanced.
Service Temperature and Pairing: Serve at 13º C. Excellent pairing with local cheeses, criolla empanada, braised cheek, and grilled lamb.
