Viña pomal Centenario Crianza 50cl is a red wine of D.O. C Rioja elaborated by Bodegas Bilbaínas. Viña Pomal embodies the best wine tradition of la Rioja Alta, after a hundred years of history producing wines of great quality and consolidated prestige, added to the unbeatable situation of a vineyard in the municipality of Haro.
Viña Pomal Centenario Crianza is characterized by traditional winemaking: after destemming and crushed, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The total maceration is two weeks, looking for a structure of soft, pleasant wines with great fruit intensity. Twelve months in American oak barrels (15% new) provide the complexity and maturity necessary to complete the expression of this wine.
Viña pomal Centenario Crianza 50 cl is a red peak with purplish glints.
High aromatic intensity. Flowers, black fruits and licorice with shades of vanilla and roasted.
On the palate it is soft, balanced and fresh. With good structure and soft tannins.
