Bodegas Williams & Humbert, presents the Vino Generoso A Winter's Tale, originating in the lands of Pago Balbaína and Carrascal (Spain)made from the Palomino and Pedro Ximéne grape varieties.

The grapes are harvested by hand with great attention paid to the quality of the grapes. The grapes are then fermented at 22°C. The winery fortifies the wine using fortified wines that have already aged. When the wine reaches a graduation of 15% alcoholic volume, the winery passes it through the criaderas and soleras system, ensuring that the fortified wine has a dynamic body.
