Founded in 1980, Jamones el Chulo started with a small manual production.
In the 80s, their production grew and in 1990 they built their drying facility.
Currently, they continue to evolve and incorporate new products from the region of the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park.
Known for their quality and expertise, Jamones el Chulo is an expert in the production of hams and sausages.

Color: Granate, cereza intenso con matices violetas, característicos de todos los Habla. En copa es brillante y limpio, con una lágrima densa.
Fase Olfativa: Intenso y complejo, con toques de cereza, mora, menta, pimienta y grafito.
Fase Gustativa: Es un vino goloso, fresco y carnoso a la vez, con abundantes notas frutales y bombón de licor de cerezas.
