It is aged in French oak barrels for 16 months.
This wine has been traditionally made, respecting the environment and using the same artisanal methods as our ancestors, improving the processes to achieve a high-quality wine. French oak barrels are used in the production, where the wine remains for 12 months.
The ideal serving temperature for this wine ranges from 16 to 18ºC.
