Jose Pariente Verdejo Fermented is one of the essential brands from Rueda, and specifically, Jose Pariente Fermented in Barrel is often considered among the best Spanish whites. It is a 100% Verdejo white wine. The vineyards that produce the Verdejo grapes used to make Jose Pariente Fermented in Barrel are old vineyards located in one of the most characteristic areas of Rueda, composed of quartzite pebbles. In this vintage, it stands out for its complexity and volume in the mouth. The Jose Pariente Fermented in Barrel white wine is a reliable and safe white wine, as always.
The production of Jose Pariente Fermented in Barrel white wine is only 15,000 bottles.
The fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels that are 1 year old. Then, the batonage process is performed for approximately 7 months, with the wine constantly in contact with its lees. After these 7 months, it is transferred to stainless steel tanks for an additional 2 months, and finally, it is bottled after the clarification and stabilization processes.
