Sight: 'Color amarillo pajizo, de intensidad media, muy brillante y con reminiscencias grisáceas.'
Mouth: 'Un vino muy envolvente y glicérico, con mucha cremosidad y muy agradable. Pero a la vez con una buena acidez, resultando un vino muy equilibrado y elegante.'
Nose: 'De gran complejidad, destacan las notas de vainilla y frutas de pepita maduras, acompañadas de notas cremosas. Se complementa con ligeros matices anisados, para reflejar una nariz armonizada por su crianza en fudres y de carácter dulce.'
White Wine Matsu La Jefa - The charisma of a daring surprise. La Jefa comes from white vines found in old vineyards (from 50 to 150 years old), among the majority of red grapes.
Made from Malvasia grapes and other varieties. Selection of a multitude of white vines found in old vineyards, settled in poor soils and cultivated naturally.
Aging: 14 months in new “bocoyes” (large barrels) of 600 liters of French oak, with light toasting.
