Mouth: 'Entrada suave en boca y ataca directamente su final, llenándolo todo de una sensación dulzona, con los taninos bien presentes y a la vez amables. Final largo y afrutado'
Nose: 'Se perciben frutas rojas frescas y florales (pétalos de rosa, violeta), con especias dulces (canela) y saladas (clavo, pimienta,…), sándalo, hoja de laurel, mentolados,…'
Red Wine Adaras Calizo.
It is a wine of intense red color, with purple trim. Fresh red fruits and floral (rose petals, violet) are perceived on the nose, with sweet spices (cinnamon) and salty (clove, pepper,...), sandalwood, bay leaf, menthol,... Smooth entry in the mouth and directly attacks its finish, filling everything with a sweet sensation, with tannins well present and at the same time friendly. Long and fruity finish.
Naturally cold macerated and fermented for 8 days. Manolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks in a natural way.
